  • Take it in the morning with a meal

Tongkat Ali - 1000mg complex

  • Helps boost the amount of “free” testosterone in your body because it increases the release rate of free testosterone from SHBG. Having more free testosterone is a good thing because that is how your body utilizes testosterone most efficiently
  • Take it in the morning with a meal
  • Taking this supplement (as well as taking it with the other testosterone-boosting supplements along with it) will likely cause a noticeable increase in your overall levels
  • Cycle off every 6-8 weeks for 1-2 weeks for safety and precautionary measures

Boron - 9mg

  • Also helps boost the amount of free testosterone that is in your body because it frees up SHBG, similar to Tongkat Ali
  • Take in the morning, preferably with a meal!
  • No need to cycle off whatsoever. You can, but it’s not as important in relation to being cautious with overall health
  • Taking this supplement along with the other testosterone-boosting supplements will likely cause a noticeable increase in your overall levels

Vitamin D3 - 5000 IU

  • Vitamin D3 is an incredible supplement that is usually taken to raise Vitamin D levels
  • It is a fat-soluble vitamin so make sure to take it with a fat source to ensure it works
  • Having low levels of Vitamin D can majorly affect your hormones, mood, energy, mental clarity, etc
  • A big reason why many people get seasonal depression is due to having much less Vitamin D for multiple months on end
  • I personally take 1 pill, 5,000 IU, every single day in the morning with a meal containing fat

Injectable L-Carnitine - 1 mL (500mg)

  • L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid. It is found in many meats and can be taken orally but the bioavailability is extremely poor when consumed this way. This is where injecting it comes into play.
  • With injecting, the bioavailability is 10x better compared to ingesting L-Carnitine orally.
  • Using injectable L-Carnitine can help to transport fat into energy and is also known to reduce fatigue, improve exercise performance, and also increase androgen receptor density long term.
  • I have been injecting 500 mg of L-Carnitine everyday directly after having a carb-dense meal.
  • I am most excited about how I will be looking at the end of this bulk while using injectable L-Carnitine because I believe the increased androgen receptor density will help me achieve a much better look long term.
  • Be aware that injecting needs to be done with CAUTION and SAFETY. Do not inject yourself if you do not know what you are doing. I recommend watching many videos first to ensure you will do it safely.

Tadalafil - 10mg (Start with 5mg)

  • Tadalafil (also known as Cialis) is a PDE5 inhibitor and it was originally made to help with high blood pressure
  • Basically, Tadalafil’s main function is to improve blood flow and it does this by dilating your blood vessels
  • Through blood vessel dilation, your blood vessels relax and it causes more blood to go to your muscles whenever you’re working out
  • This is why many bodybuilders and fitness influencers take tadalafil pre-workout
  • I recommend cycling off every 8-10 weeks for 1-2 weeks
  • Cycling off is not needed, but I do it regardless of that
  • I personally take it 1 hour before working out every day
  • On rest days, I don’t take it
  • Half life is 36 hours

Rane 2.0 - Ekkovision Preworkout

  • I only take Rane 2.0 from Ekkovision because it is the only pre-workout they have that does not have alpha-gpc in it. I have a choline sensitivity which makes it to where I cannot have alpha gpc, cdp choline, or more than 2 eggs in a 24 hour period. If I do, I end up feeling lethargic, fatigued, temporarily depressed, and sluggish overall.
  • I usually take 1.5-2 scoops every day, depending on how much caffeine I want to have.
  • I recommend MOST people reading this to try out ANY of the Ekkovision pre workouts because the majority of people do NOT have a choline sensitivity whatsoever.
  • All of the Ekkovision pre workouts are stacked, but if you’re wanting specifics, here you go:
  • Optimal for focus and energy
  • OB Mix for daily pre that is budget friendly
  • Ryabolic for the most stacked pre workout (also most expensive)
  • Project Mass for good performance, pump, and focus
  • Take any of these pre workouts 15-30 minutes before your workout

Hydroprime Glycerol - 25g

  • Glycerol is mainly used for hyper-hydration, but with hyper-hydration also comes intense pumps, enhanced power, better endurance
  • The reason why hyper-hydration is important is because a 2% loss in fluids can result in a 20% decrease in performance
  • Glycerol can also be used to prevent peeing in the middle of the night
  • Peeing during the night is not good for overall sleep quality, so glycerol can help prevent that

Creatine Monohydrate - 5 grams

  • I take 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate after every single workout
  • If there is ANY supplement on this list that you should 100% be taking (regardless of your goals), it is creatine.
  • It is by far the most widely researched supplement in the fitness industry and that is why it is one of the most commonly known and used supplements.
  • Creatine is good for your brain and body in many different ways. It has been proven to increase physical performance and even brain performance to a certain degree.
  • If you weigh a bit more and don’t notice many benefits from creatine, try experimenting with the rule of 0.1 g per kg when it comes to doing creatine. For example, I am 84 kg, so if I were to follow this rule, I would take 8.4 grams daily.
